I’ve had the privilege of sharing my life with many wonderful animals. As a child, I pestered the neighbors until they allowed me to walk Damien, their sweet and rather boisterous German Shepard who out-weighed me by a considerable sum!

Later in life I enjoyed the companionship of an assortment of other animals including a sweet Tennessee Walker, a pet garter snake, numerous ferrets, cats and birds. My very first dog was a Doberman Pincher named Soldier. Then came Bella, my Boston Terrier, Jack, my Blue Heeler, Tex, my Border Collie, Logan, my Wolf Cross, and Sunny, my difficult and very special Basenji. Now my husband and I share our lives with Anika, a Brussels Griffon, my present companion, best friend and dance partner.

Throughout the years I’ve taken numerous traditional training classes, have bred and shown Basenjis, assisted friends, family and strangers with every kind of dog inquiry possible, from which breed should I buy, to "HELP, JUST HOW DO YOU HOUSETRAIN THIS DOG ANYWAY?" I owe a great deal to the animals that graced my life and it is my hope that your special friend brings you the same happiness and joy that I have found.

I am a graduate of the Animal Behavior College. - TJ Armstrong
